Benezan Controls
The system comprises compact hardware and software for the PC. The software is used for control and configuration; it transmits data to the hardware via Ethernet. The hardware contains a high-speed controller which calculates the path data and controls the I/O accordingly in real time. The PC is therefore largely decoupled from the critical path calculation, ensuring very stable operation. The actual processing takes place on the high-speed controller.
The hardware supports up to 6 axes and features high-speed 32-bit microprocessors. It offers a phenomenal maximum step frequency of 1600 kHz!
The systems are controlled via the network, so there are no fault-prone parallel or USB ports. The connection can even be made via an Ethernet switch, so no dedicated LAN port is required on the PC, as is the case with other manufacturers.
The software provides a 3D graphical display of the toolpath. It processes standard DIN-ISO G-code and also imports DXF/HPGL files. Images for engraving can be imported directly. It also features a powerful macro language with which technical sequences can be executed, e.g. to control tool changers, fixtures, tool measurements, etc.
Special functions such as drum engraving, polystyrene wire cutting, camera support, direction-controlled minimum quantity lubrication (MMS) or control of a rotary axis for tangential cutters are also included.
Expansion modules are available for the Beamicon system to provide more inputs/outputs, as well as handwheels for ease of operation.

Can I also return items?
We grant 30 days return policy on all items. Simply send the goods back to us if you are not satisfied, we will immediately credit the amount if the item was not used. We are also happy to help in advance to clarify any ambiguities, this is sometimes better than sending back immediately.
Can I buy VAT free with EU VAT ID?
Yes, as a European customer you can also enter an EU VAT number in the customer data, then you will not be charged VAT, the prices will then be displayed tax-free. This does not apply to customers with delivery country Germany. All countries outside Europe are automatically delivered tax free.

Rocketronics was founded in 1999 as a family business by Louis Schreyer. As an engineer for microelectronics, I design hardware and also develop the software for it. We manufacture our products in-house on our own machines, and this for over 20 years now - made in Germany.
