Motor Mounts for NEMA Stepper Motors

This category includes high-quality mounting brackets and motor mounts for stepper motors and servo motors. These brackets provide a stable, precise and low-vibration solution for mounting motors in mechanical systems, machines and automation equipment.

Our motor mounts are available for the most common NEMA motor sizes: NEMA 17, NEMA 23, NEMA 24 and NEMA 34.

All brackets feature a black painted finish and are designed for reliable motor installation in professional mechanical systems.

Available Motor Mount Designs

Different mounting designs are available depending on the installation requirements.

Angled Motor Mount Brackets

Angled brackets allow 90° motor installation and are commonly used when the motor needs to be mounted perpendicular to a machine frame.

Typical applications include:

  • CNC machines

  • 3D printers

  • robotics systems

  • automation equipment

  • mechanical engineering

Straight Motor Mount Plates

Straight motor mounts allow direct installation of the motor onto a flat surface or mounting plate.

Typical applications include:

  • CNC machines

  • industrial equipment

  • conveyor systems

  • automation systems

  • custom machinery

Supported NEMA Motor Sizes

Motor mounts in this category support the following standard NEMA stepper motor sizes.

NEMA 17 motor mounts

  • Motor flange: 42 × 42 mm

  • Centering diameter: 22 mm

  • Hole spacing: 31 mm

NEMA 23 motor mounts

  • Motor flange: 57 × 57 mm / 60 × 60 mm

  • Centering diameter: 38 mm

  • Hole spacing: 47.14 mm

NEMA 24 motor mounts

  • Motor flange: 57 × 57 mm / 60 × 60 mm

  • Centering diameter: 50 mm

  • Hole spacing: 50 mm

NEMA 34 motor mounts

  • Motor flange: 86 × 86 mm

  • Centering diameter: 73 mm

  • Hole spacing: 69.58 mm

Reliable Motor Mounts for Industrial and Technical Applications

Our stepper motor mounting brackets are suitable for both industrial environments and engineering projects.

The rigid design provides:

  • stable motor installation

  • low vibration during operation

  • precise motor positioning

  • easy installation

Thanks to the standardized NEMA motor mounting patterns, these motor mounts can easily be integrated into existing machines and mechanical systems.

Typical Applications

Stepper motor mounting brackets are commonly used in:

  • CNC machines

  • 3D printers

  • robotics systems

  • automation equipment

  • mechanical engineering

  • conveyor systems

  • positioning systems

  • custom machinery

    FAQ – Motor Mounts

What is a stepper motor mount?
A stepper motor mount is a bracket used to securely install stepper motors or servo motors in machines and mechanical systems.

About Rocketronics

Rocketronics was founded in 1999 as a family business by Louis Schreyer. As an engineer for microelectronics, I design hardware and also develop the software for it. We manufacture our products in-house on our own machines, and this for over 20 years now - made in Germany. In addition to the development and production, the testing of the products is also carried out here. We also manufacture the prototype construction and the test fixtures ourselves. We use lathes and milling machines for this, but we also use our 3D printers a lot. The CNC milling machines we build ourselves produce many small parts, e.g. for the housings of our controllers.

In addition to manufacturing controllers, we also trade in the necessary components. As a dealer we have a large stock of components for machine building and automation, which we offer in this store. Our suppliers are the original manufacturers, with us you buy tested branded goods.

We also consult you when it comes to choosing the right components. We have a lot of experience in building and operating CNC milling machines and lathes. We can help you if you have questions, be it about the control system, the choice of drives or in general about the construction of CNC milling machines and the conversion of lathes.

Our online store shows you all items available for immediate delivery, and allows you to shop securely with many payment methods and fast shipping. Data traffic is of course encrypted, payment is processed and secured by reputable service providers, and we offer a 30-day return policy
