We do not receive your payment details; these remain in the certified systems of the service providers. Only your address and the payment confirmation are transmitted to us. This ensures that your data remains confidential.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We ship in Germany with DHL and UPS, small shipments also by Post Maxibrief.
International shipments are sent either by DPD or UPS.
Do you have item xyz in stock?
Everything that is marked as available in our store is also available. We make every effort to keep our stock levels up to date so that you can see immediately what is available.
Do you work in an environmentally friendly way?
Our building is heated with wood pellets, a renewable and very low-pollutant and CO2-neutral type of heating, and of course we have solar heating so that we are completely supplied by the sun in summer. Our photovoltaic system supplies us with solar power, but we have to buy additional electricity as the sun is not always sufficient. We buy this from a green electricity provider.
We try to avoid waste wherever possible and therefore also recycle cardboard boxes. All the boxes we receive that are still usable are reused, so some packages look a bit used, but we save up to 300 boxes a year this way.
How long do you give a guarantee?
In principle, you enjoy the statutory warranty of 2 years. If something breaks during this time that can be traced back to the product itself, we will replace it immediately.
You can return items for up to 30 days, as we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Yes, we want you to be satisfied! If you are not, neither are we, so please let us know if there are any problems and we will solve them together as quickly as possible. Often something does not work because something is incorrectly connected or set up, we are happy to help. Often also quickly via Whatsapp, a few photos usually clear it up.
