Prices, shipping costs and delivery information:

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
We deliver to Germany, the EU, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada and Australia. Other countries on request please.

Attention: 
Of course we also do not deliver anything to Russia, Belarus or Iran. Please don't even ask for it. 

The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
We ship with DHL, UPS or DPD. Since prices are changing often we cannot show you a table, as we deliver in many countries with different shipping costs. 

We have almost everything in stock!

We show the availability in real time, only in very rare cases the stock deviates from this, which can happen for example with cable lengths.
Everything you can order in the store is also in stock in the quantity. If something is not available it will be shown and you can not order the item.
We ship on the next working day, with DHL also on Saturdays and process orders also on weekends so that they can be shipped on Monday! Very urgent parts we can also send by UPS Express on request, then please ask by Whatsapp text message to 04281 5079782 the shipping costs.
 

Delivery time:

As far as no other time limit is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany will take place within 2-3 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 3-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). Deliveries for shipments overseas, i.e. USA, Australia, Greenland, are made within 7-12 days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one common shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered. If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.

We offer a very wide range of payment options, which are displayed during the checkout process for each country. Not all payment methods are available in all countries.

We offer you this payment method via the payment service provider mollie.
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon. In order to be able to process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or register first and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. Klarna

Please note: Generally ONLY for private individuals. Klarna rejects corporate customers.

Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. Only a few steps to payment:
1. choose "PayPal" as payment method at checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user information and initiate the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.

Sofortüberweisung

"Sofortüberweisung" - Easy and direct payment.
"Sofort." is the direct transfer method of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration. 

Giropay, Ideal, Credit card payments, EPS, Przelewy24, KBC, Belfius

These payment methods are processed by Mollie, a payment service. After the purchase you will be redirected to a payment page where you can enter your payment details. 
To process the payment, you will be redirected to the Mollie payment page. After successful payment you will be redirected back to us.
