With an ELS on your machine you can choose your feed speed freely. No gears switching anymore, just turn the knob to set your feed speed in 0.001mm steps. Switch from finish speed to coarse thread pitches in an instant.
4 Inputs, 4 Outputs
The I/Os allow for integrating the controller into an E-Stop-circuit, you can connect limitswitches as well and control a coolingpump. The ELS Pro has a 0-10V output for spindle control.
Many machining modes
All standardmodes for turning on your lathe and in addition to that also modes for threads, tapered threads, tapers, radii, drilling, grinding in all variants. The integrated professional cutting radius compensation makes the results exact.
Fitting to every lathe
The ELS can be fitted to every lathe, the settings section allows for a wide range of machines. It is compatible to all motor drive systems with step/dir inputs.
The ELS4 Pro is suitable for the ambitious lathe operator and professional user. Due to its sturdy housing and dense front, it can withstand harsh environments and the large display allows operation even from a greater distance.
The universal Magswitch allows the activation of circuits through a magnet, e.g. through the model wall. Replaces susceptible switch solutions, insensitive to vibration or contact corrosion. Thousands of times in use.
